Great place for Jiu Jitsu on Tues, Thurs and Sun.
The environment here is okay. The place is cooled real well, which I appreciate. I got a slight they're-staring-at-me vibe though from what I'm assuming are regulars, since they're always there on the handful of times that I've been. It's local and the membership isn't that much, but I didn't feel a lot of energy here like I would at a Planet Fitness or something. The staff was polite and the equipment was clean and the place didn't smell sweaty. It's nice to go here if you're confident or if you're looking for a strictly local gym.
I've been a member for four years now. Great gym run by great people.
