Very poor services tonight the chips tasted stale. Waited 45 mins for food. Ran out of salsa and chips twice. Ran out of tea twice as the waitress was in the corner texting on her phone. While another employee stared us down constantly after seeing me typing this review
Awesome atmosphere and amazing staff. They know me by name! Super cheerful and always ready to help. Food is great. El Pollo Loco is my go-to.
We ordered the cheese quesadilla and it came without red sauce and heavily laden with a cheese soup concoction.
